This is not Rosanne House but the original Welwyn Department Store at the junction of Bridge Road and Parkway,it was later demolished when the new much bigger Welwyn Department Store opened in 1939 which is now a John Lewis store. This is the original Welwyn Stores with the Parkway Hall attached.Rosanne House was built on this site in 1965. |
