On Frog St, opposite the tower of St. Mary's church, the building next to the 'info flag, and the warehouses to its rear, were 1950-60-70s, the warehouse of David Evans Foodhall. Many years prior those buildings were the carriage storage, and stables of the Ben Evans Store. Both pre-WW2, stores are top left |

As stated, the road to the left of the Church is Calvert St. The road to the right is Frog St. The 'flag' that stated, 'Below St. Mary's is Rutland St, is wrong, the road opposite the west door of the Church is the aptly named, 'Church St'. Rutland St, is almost non-existent in the photo, its centre of pic, extreme right, where the arrow points to the next image. |
