| Unlike its twin across the road, this semi-detached pair remain as flat roofed dwellings and showing little sign of extension, unlike it neighbour to the left on the corner. |

| One of two flat roofed houses - clearly very modern at the time. This house appears to still be there today but has a conventional ridge roof and has been extended to the road edge of the both plots. The distinctive pattern of pavements in the triangle between the roads remains. |
