 It was promised by the people responsible for the modern Coppermill Lock development that the clock tower indicated would either be incorporated into the new development or a replacement built.

| The Fisheries public house.
The outbuilding to the right, (possibly once the stable block) was the venue for Sunday lunchtime blues bands and the like.
The buildings were conjoined and extended and have become a rather ghastly pub/restaurant called the Coy Carp, which specialises in microwave meals. |
