Bradford has changed drastically throughout the years, many of its old mills and warehouses have been demolished. the 1960 where a bad year for building in Bradford, many iconic victorian buildings suck as, the Swan Arcade and The Kirgate market were demolished to make way for newer concrete monsters. The town planners have regretted it since. After the 1980s , Bradford stared its decline, with its total loss of its wool industry and nearly total loss of its engineering and manufacturing. The year is 2000 and Bradford is now on its knees, factories are closing , but Bradfordians still live in hope. 2014, things are starting to look up, its been a hard slog . |
