Humphries and Bobbett's Castle Mills
Sidney Humphries was the son of George Humphries of Town Mills, Bath. He was president of the Bristol Chamber of Commerce 1905-1908 and President of the National Association of British and Irish Millers in 1912. He was knighted in 1921. The partnership was dissolved in 1927. Hovis ran the mill in the 1930s. |
