This is not 'Carreg Siglo' (Rocking Stone), it is, in fact, a construction made by the ironmaster Francis Crawshay, in what are now the grounds of the University of Glamorgan at Treforest. It was removed during the construction of extensions to The School of Mines which occupied the site pre university. Carreg Siglo is a little way distant, on the other side of the valley
