The funnel and boat deck of a larger and more modern passenger ferry berthed next to the railway station More modern, but possibly not young enough to be a stern loading car ferry. There are no ramps in evidence and it is not possible to see the stern in the picture.

Either "Cambria" or Hibernia", motor vessels of 1949 which served here until about 1975/76.

This looks like another cargo ship in the dry dock. The LMS, Denny built, fleet also included "Slieve League" and "Slieve Bearnagh"

Either of "Slieve Bloom" (1930) or " Slieve More" (1932), twin screw steamers on Irish Sea cargo services.

I think this is TSS "Princess Maud" built in 1934 by Denny of Dumbarton for the LMS Stranraer - Larne service and transferred to Holyhead permanently in 1947. She was withdrawn in 1965 and scrapped in 1973 after service in Greece.
