This has been the most challenging yet.There are no stone walls, no roads, few water features so how do you orientate yourself. We have an idea of where the aircraft might be from the previous and following photos. The markings on Drumcargo are distinctive and can be seen in the previous photo.The bends in Pinwherran Burn also fit. The Loan of Turchloy and Millmoan Hill also fit. I had several false starts on this one but I am happy with the result. The view is towards Drumcargo looking South from a point above Deer's Howe. |
