| St Mary's Nantwich (Grade 1 listed). 14th C origins but subect to the usual substantial 19th century "restoration".
This restoration included the transept roofs being pitched higher. External features replaced included a Decorated doorway and a Perpendicular window which were replaced but in the style of the late-13th century.
Built of red sandstone.
