As an electrical works it was kown as J H Humphreys and sons ltd. The main work was electromagnetic work holding devices and demaganetizers used by Machine tolls manufacturers throughou the world. I beleive that due to the expertise in magnetic devices diring WWII they fitted ships out with demagnetization devices to repel magnetic bombs. |
