| The line of the A12, most of this has, at the junction with the A12 been totally altered,when the A12 was given dual carriageways, possibly late 70's?
The junction used to be famous for its traffic jams around the little school which can just be seen |

Before leaving Marks Tey to go to Nottingham I had a summer holiday job working on the new dual carriageway which was being constructed. Best paid summer job I ever had and an education! The year was 1966. |
