This building was home to drapers, a mourning warehouse, a manufacturer of shawls and a cabinet maker. It was designed by Andrews and Butterworth and completed by 1905.

Here the building is Lomas's, R Lomas manufactured "mantles" or gowns. Later the building became a department store, C&A, and then and currently Aflecks Palace, where a number of specialist traders are gathered in small units over several floors.
