Comparing this building with an old map of Bray 1931 ( old maps.co.uk) An old leaflet of the hotel (Braybank.info) showing the many gable ends that the buildings are one an the same.
A point of history.
It was at this Hotel that Ernest Simpson. husband of Wallas Simpson was commited of an alduterous affair allowing her to divorce Ernest and entually marry Edward the seventh, and has they say the rest is history. |
