Territorial Army Drill Hall. During the 1950s/60s the building used to double up as a venue for events such as the Halifax Ideal Home Exhibition. The building is still there (2013) but is now divided into residential apartments.

Lily Bridge, a footbridge leading from Lily Lane, then going via steps and a tunnel underneath the station and out close to the Mackintosh factory. Still there(2013) but not much used nowadays - too dark and risky for most.
