|  I believe this is The Oaks owned from 1921 by Rev. Reuben A. Tribich (later known as Reuben Lincoln)
(6 February 1881 - 8 October 1957) and where Fredman Ashe Lincoln grew up https://www.maritimefoundation.uk/in-memoriam/fredman-ashe-lincoln/.
