Not the Hall's private station - that's Great Longstone Station, which also served the hall via its private station building (incorrectly tagged as the "staff quarters"). |

This area was cleared and planted with an Orchard in WWII, the trees still remain, and in the centre of the Orchard is an Ornamental Fountain, originally from Clumber |

These 2 terraces were Fruit Gardens (mentioned in an article in the Gardener's Chronicle 1898 September. After falling into disrepair, they have recently been turned into the Kitchen Garden, and a Scented Terrace. |

I apologise if I am treading on anyone's toes. I can't see any way to correct the location. To match Thornbridge Hall. http://www.old-maps.co.uk/maps.html?coords=419760,370930 I recommend the 1:2500s. There is one in the early 1920s. |
