| A very complex junction where the South Tyneside electric line turns off to cross the river via the "High Level" bridge whilst the North Tyneside electric line (East Coast main line) turns towards the north and Scotland.
Both electric lines are now part of the Metro system but neither enter through this junction any-more. |
