Mountfield Court TN32 5JP Grade 2* listed building - English Heritage Building ID: 411019 Formerly called Court Lodge. Built around 1715 by James Nicholl JP, then Sussex High Sheriff. On his death it passed to his cousin, John Nicholl, who became a Baron of the Cinque Ports. The main part of the building is late C17 or early C18. Two storeys and attic.
