 The location of the 1938 series of HAA gun pits at Red Barns. Due to them not being modified during the Cold War they represented a fine example of the earlier, better made, design. That is until some time after 2002 a programme of gradual destruction was commenced, such that by 2015 they had all but disappeared. |
