Whatever these are (stacked bricks?), they were in this location from at least 1944-1954. Possibly a building project delayed/abandoned due to WW2? This site became the Wirrina in the late 60s and is now ARU. |

This terrible line of hovels known as 'Thackers Row' was where my wife was a child from birth in 1943 until the properties were condemned in the the early 1950's. |
