It's a bit of a blur, but the profile of the loco suggests it is not a GWR loco. There is just a suggestion of something light coloured on the side of the tender... could it be Southern? The first coach would appear not to have corridor connection to the second as light can be seen through the gap, but the rest of the train is set against dark trees so we cannot seen it this is the case all through. It is my imagination or is the first coach slightly lower ad longer than the rest. If so this could just add to it being a Southern ten compartment added to the front of the five car set... but I am probably taking a little evidence too far. |
