| Horse and cart holding up the traffic... all of which seems to be travelling in the same direction and using both sides of the road. Congestion not helped by parking (not a lot changed there then) and a bus stopped in the middle of the road!
I wonder if this queue of rather smart cars is on its way to the races on Epsom Downs? The traffic is coming down the London Road from North Cheam.
Also see EPW008674 for more traffic congestion! Today the road is full of white line and traffic islands, but probably still suffers from congestion despite the bypass. |
