' This is the old Gravesend Labour Exchange on the Overcliffe. I remember going there in, I think, 1970, to get a one year visitor's passport for a school trip. A visitor's passport was a pinkish, three fold card document, probably about foolscap size if unfolded. I don't think that they were recognised World-wide, but were sufficient for Western Europe. '
