' Ann St. Roughly where I've placed the pin was where a couple of houses were hit by German bombs in WW2. The houses were never replaced & a gap is still in that terrace today (see my photo) . The photo is from my www.oldtyneside.co.uk website. The little caravan stands where houses were hit & people died. '
