' This bombsite later became the site for the Express & Echo building until recently Exeter's evening paper. the photo doesn't quite capture the actual area which was about 50 yards to the north (left) in the photo. In 1954 a dead whale was exhibited in a water or some other liquid filled container on a trailer. Does anyone else remember this? '
