The 1850's Swimming Bath on Kyrle Street (Formerly, Venn Road) It's just about visible, identified by it's distinctive raised glass roof vents - The waters were originally heated by waste exhaust heat from the Steam Powered Flour Mills adjoining it on Bath Street - 1921: Plans for new Bathes on Edgar Street were being made.
