' This is the site of the former council allotments in Pevensey and, as you can see, there are virtually no trees on it. Nowadays it is a young woodland, with most of the trees on the site springing up after the allotments were fully abandoned by about 2005, falling completely out of management until 2016 when Pevensey & Westham Community Forest Garden - a volunteer group - took over active management of the site in 2016. '
