' Ayot Station on the (now closed) Hatfield to Dunstable line of the Great Northern Railway. Opened in 1877, it was destroyed by fire on 26th July 1948 and never reopened. Goods facilities closed in 1963. The site is now part of the Ayot greenway route. '
