' Royal Free School now converted to flats. I was a pupil from 1959-1962. In the summer we would have the ‘acre’ as our playground. This was just unmade rough gravel ( great for grazed knees!) A local baker would visit with a tray of Chelsea buns for sale at morning break. We used to play up on the graveyard at the end of the day full of bravado climbing on the raised tombs some of them broken and gaping. '
