' This was an American style steel windmill which I thought Mike installed to pump water from Gundrys shaft on Speedwell (tin) mine to tanks up here which fed many houses/cottages on Prussia Cove estate by gravity, now on mains but can still be traced, windmill has fallen over. Mike T-B used to go down shaft on rope to unblock filter, even when he was 60! '
