This little building to the right of the art deco one is Young's Eel & Pie House, it was to becomes Burroughs (also of Lambeth Walk) in the post war years, it survived the riots of 1981 (next door was gutted by fire) and closed in the mid 1990s. No 426 Coldharbour Lane. '
