The Regimental Institute of Knights Road, Dover Castle, Kent, UK.
This large Victorian building, built in 1868, stands in the grounds of Dover's 12th Century Norman Castle and was once the "Regimental Institute". Today, it houses the Naafi Restaurant and Queen Elizabeth's Pocket Pistol.
Until recently it also held a World War Two prototype "Bouncing Bomb" (invented by Barnes Wallis and used in the 1943 Dambuster Raid led by Guy Gibson of 617 Squadron, RAF).
The Institute is an English Heritage Listed Building.
