Rowhedge Water Tower built in 1902 by East Donyland Council. It is a brick based 'Campanile' design with a cast iron water tank and copper clad pavilion roof with glazed lantern. Very much a feature of the municipal water towers in the Colchester area built during the Victorian/Edwardian era. '
