This became The Y Graig Jumior school, I attended this school from September 1976 to July 1980, good days.

This is my childhood home. It was originally called Gladstone villa, named after the liberal prime minister William Gladstone. I grew up here from August 1969 to the Summer of 1978 when my family and I moved to the Gilfach estate. The local business men John and Albert Ricci bought the property and it was named Park villa's for a short time and Johns sons lived there, until it was converted in to the park hotel during the 1980's when it was owned by Roland Butler from London, then it went under new management, with the McBurney family. It was then named Redz. It has since closed down and is now owned by Gethin Mills of Shadow holdings. The place is known to be haunted as is the building directly opposite which is The R.A.F.A club.
