Yep, for the doubling and electrification of the line between Finchley Central and Edgware and its incorporation into the Northern Line.



As it turned out, of course, all that was completed was the electrification between FC and Mill Hill East (done in order to provide services to Inglis Barracks), and doubling between FC and Mill Hill (The Hale), the second track being dismantled without any use by passenger trains.
