The roofs of the Shorts aircraft factory appear to have been camouflaged, although the photo' is dated two months before the outbreak of WWII. |

Empire flying-boat COORONG was damaged in Darwin harbour and surface-shipped back to England where it was repaired at Rochester....possibly the fuselage pinned in the photo http://www.aussieairliners.org/shortfb/vh-abe/vhabe.html |
