Lenton Lane bridge over Midland Mainline. At some stage this road was called Trent Lane, but I think it had changed to its current name by 1952. At the S side of the bridge the footpath called Birdcage Walk crosses over to The Meadows. |

The area enclosed by railway lines between the three junctions is known as Lenton Triangle, and is now a nature reserve. |
