Ladies Walk footbridge. This was eventually recovered and served for many years at Steamtown, Carnforth before being once again dismantled. It is currently up for sale, if anyone's interested! The footbridge cameos here. I'm sure there are better photos out there. http://www.flickr.com/photos/loose_grip_99/7667203366/

Lancaster Carriage and Wagon company. Works built in 1863 by E.G Paley. Rolling stock built mainly sent for export. Works closed in 1908, the buildings then serving as a manufactory for munitions. Despite the early closure a few items of exported rolling stock built here survive in amongst other countries, Australia! http://pbps.puffingbilly.com.au/rolling-stock/carriage-fleet/rolling-stock-classifications-and-numbering/
