New Street, to the right of this street is Birmingham Street, due to the perspective it cannot be seen clearly. On the corner of the two streets was the Duke of Wellington public house. This closed some years ago and was converted into apartments I think. The picture shows the premises in 2008.

At last a photograph that shows part, albeit a very small part, of Caldmore. The street in the foreground is Sandwell Street that ran into New Street.
