Lease Cliff Hall - designed 1913, but not built until the mid-1920s. Still in use.

Further gun emplacement here. When the pier was demolished after being destroyed by fire in 1947 this concrete structure sat on the beach for some while. Gum mountings were still in place.

According to several books on piers, the fire was in 1945. The remains of the pier were completely demolished in 1954.
