The diagonal dividing wall between the two shipbuilding yards of Simons & Lobnitz. They specialised in shallow draught vessels, such as dredgers, and later combined into the one company.

...with the Lobnitz yard situated downriver from Simons - and that wall. The Lobnitz fitting-out basin, at the yard's downriver extremity, remains in use (2014) for scrap metal export.
