This may possibly be the TSMV Westcliffe Belle. Requisitioned by the RN for WW2 service, she survived the War and was back of the Foreshore by 1946, doing excursion trips for holidaymakers out into the River to see the Sea Reach big-ship passing traffic at close quarters.
