'Napsbury Hospital', originally known as the Middlesex Lunatic Asylum, built in the early 1900s. Closed 1998 and now developed for housing.

The Mile House pub - rebuilt in 'Road House' style in the 1920s/30s. Demolished in the 2000s and site redeveloped for housing.
