Great Eastern/LNER railway line to Gallions - known as the "Royal Albert Dock Passenger line", although it ran outside the PLA railway system. Local passenger services ceased in 1932. Severely damaged by bombing in 1940, special boat trains reached the Royal Albert Dock over the PLA system until the 1960s. |
