I believe this is The Oaks owned from 1921 by Rev. Reuben A. Tribich (later known as Reuben Lincoln)
(6 February 1881 - 8 October 1957) and where Fredman Ashe Lincoln grew up https://www.maritimefoundation.uk/in-memoriam/fredman-ashe-lincoln/.
I remember seeing this house, if it is The Oaks, as late as the 1980s even as some written sources state it was demolished after the war. |

Open top K or S type double decker operated probably by London General. The conductor may be on the top deck. There is a figure wearing a white cap - this could well be the white dust cover that bus crews put over their caps in summer. |
