| Originally built as the Grandstand for Knutsford Race Course, this building became the Knutsford Conservative Club. It finally closed its doors on 30 November 2012. Part of the building is still used by George Osborne as his Tatton Constituency Office. |

| Knutsford Crown Court, not used since May 2010. All hearings transferred to Chester Crown Court or Warrington. After a meeting in October 2014 it has been decided to close the Court and hopefully sell the building, a Grade ll listed, valued between £800,00 and £1,000,000. |
