Set amidst 300 acres of mature woodland and finest Hertfordshire parkland, Moor Park features not one but two championship golf courses. Designed by Harry Colt in 1923 to blend into the grounds of the estate, the courses combine challenging golf holes. The High Course plays host annually to the Hertfordshire Stag, as well as regularly welcoming such events as the Carris Trophy, County Championship and English Seniors Open. |

Thank you Mark and dave43 for spotting that this is NOT Stoke Poges club house. It is indeed Moor Park Mansion. The original Aerofilms Ltd register described it as 'Stoke Poges' and at first glance there is a resemblance, hence our mistake. I've just corrected the record which will be appear on the website when the next data upload takes place. Apologies for the error and thanks again for pointing it out. Best wishes, Laura Maddison Britain from Above Cataloguer |
