The building with a corner tower in the top left corner is John Haighs, Priestroyd Ironworks, Textile machinery makers. I served an apprenticeship there in the early 1960s. If I remember rightly the firm built X craft, a type of submarine during the war. The building was still standing in 2008 and appeared to be housing
