A chap ,bottom centre, has been distracted from closely studying a lamp post. A couple of small groups look up rather dejectedly, perhaps they are unemployed. A lorry driver doing something to his trailer finds time to glance up. |

Note all the fish barrels around the factory and also in the vicinity. Also two 1938 AEC Gt Yarmouth corporation buses awaiting workers in the picture |
